… well, not so much cheap perfume as expensive perfume at a lower price.

How much lower depends on the brand and the outlet offering it but, for example, http://www.discoutfragrance-online.co.uk have discounts ranging from around 10% to 50%. Not all of the brands are available as some are still trying to enforce their exclusivity (ie their high prices) so won’t sell through discounters.

The only real downside is that you obviously can’t use one of these discounters as a last minute purchase as you’re going to need to allow a few days for the post.
